This interactive presentation will be led by our very own OKC Programming Chair & Emerging Technologies Librarian at the University of Oklahoma, Ashley West. Audience members will have the chance to practice effective communication strategies & leave with tangible tips on how to communicate with confidence without feeling awkward.
