Ashley Clayton is currently an Optimization Program Manager at Cro Metrics, a company specializing in data-backed website testing and analytics, but that’s only the most recent tech career shift. She studied Anthropology and Linguistics at the University of Oklahoma but had a tech career find her instead of an academic one. After nearly a decade in Real Estate tech firms in roles across many disciplines, she’s leveraging her experience to help multiple industries and national brands create better user experiences in their digital services.

When it comes to personal branding and resume writing, she’s reinvented herself a few times and would love to share what she’s learned as a hiring manager after writing and reading hundreds of resumes for people wanting to take the next step in their career.

She’s been a guest lecturer and instructor for CTRL+SHIFT and was a recipient of the 2019 OKWIT Outstanding Service Award for her work at events and behind the scenes of OKWIT.

COVID-19 JULY UPDATE

COVID-19 Update

Updated July 2020

With the safety of you, your families, and our communities as our top priority, we are modifying our all OKWIT events from in-person events to virtual gatherings. Our Spring Retreat originally scheduled for April 2020 is postponed until further notice.

During this uncertain time, we are working to provide new remote ways to engage our membership. Please keep in touch with us through our social media, website, and membership e-newsletters as we announce online activities to foster interaction and education from your homes.

The threat of COVID-19 spread is being taken very seriously by OKWIT leadership, and we will continue to monitor the situation to make decisions for future events. As always, thank you for your support and participation in Oklahoma Women in Technology. Our hearts and thoughts are with all of you.
