|Job Summary:||Responsible for Oracle products implementation, maintenance, performance tuning, and support on an AIX platform using highly available configurations such as Dataguard.|

|Minimum Qualifications:||Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other closely related field required. Relevant education and experience in appropriate areas may be considered as a substitute for formal education.
Four years experience in Oracle Database and application administration.
Knowledge of current Oracle Database systems such as 12C, concepts, utilities and structures.
Experience administering and configuring Redhat Linux Environments.
Understands network topologies and utilities (e.g. SFTP, SSL, wireshark etc.).
Experience with java middleware platforms such as Weblogic and Tomcat.
Experience exporting and importing large data loads into databases using utilities, shell scripts and third party software.
Understands the methods and techniques used for managing software products, data integration and applications.
Ability to work in a team environment with people from different academic and administrative disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience and knowledge.
|Preferred Qualifications:||Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with system management software (Automic Application Manager, Jenkins, Ansible)
Experience with Ellucian Banner applications
|Work Schedule:||8-5 Monday-Friday with the understanding the position will require some flexibility and be on call 24/7.|
