Description
MidFirst Bank is seeking an RPA developer to design and develop for our digital workforce. The RPA Bot builder will work closely with business units to document processes for improvement and the RPA Architect to ensure that coding standards and guidelines are followed. This role will focus on RPA processes, governance, architecture and design with the goal of improving efficiency or accuracy in tasks that can be automated. The ability to learn in a fast-paced environment is critical, as this role is expected to comprehend and transform existing business processes into automated solutions within a short timeframe.

Qualifications for consideration:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – Majors: Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems
- Minimum of 1 year of software development experience in .NET, Java, or Python OR 2-3 years of other relevant experience within the IT function (such as QA, business analysis, or support)
- Other experience in software support, business analysis, QA, or project management a plus
- Experience with an RPA platform a plus
