We are currently seeking a Salesforce System Administrator/Developer in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In collaboration with leaders, internal stakeholders and external partners, the Salesforce System Administrator/Developer works to ensure SJC’s proprietary system Olympus, developed on the Salesforce platform, aligns with the strategic goals and desired outcomes for each impacted aspect of SJC’s business and service lines. This role will also be responsible for day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of SJC’s Salesforce platform, which is the backbone data system that allows us to reach and engage clients and key stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build deep internal relationships at all levels of the enterprise and work with colleagues within Technology, Digital, brokers, and corporate departments to maximize the impact Salesforce can deliver to business productivity
  • Engage in the Salesforce community to bring emerging integrations and use cases to SJC
  • Collaborate with internal users to understand their business objectives, define requirements to meet those objectives, collaborate with leadership and your peers to rank internal needs, and manage approved development projects to completion
  • Work with the information services team to ensure all processes, procedures and improvements are well-documented and transferable as appropriate
  • Set up new employee Salesforce user profiles and logins
  • Support ongoing requests and administrative needs of system users
  • Conduct training with all internal users on Salesforce and other technical tools of SJC
  • Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements and solution design sessions with brokers and corporate staff
  • Implement automation to improve processes; Provide release planning and deployment
  • Develop, test and document scalable, high-quality changes to layouts, configuration, fields, and other solutions to be built on the Salesforce platform
  • Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing
  • Engage with internal Salesforce users in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue
  • Understand the technical depth of new projects and validate the correct resources for the project
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2 or more Salesforce certifications (ideally System Admin and Developer certified)
  • 3 or more years of Salesforce delivery management, business analysis, and configuration development experience
  • 1 or more years of project management experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Process Analysis, Workflows, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Reports & Dashboards
HELPFUL IF YOU HAVE…
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience designing and implementing new processes and facilitating user adoption
